Getting Started with Smart Forms

Smart Forms makes it easy to capture leads from your contractor website. Here's how to get started.

Step 1: Install the Plugin

  • Log in to your WordPress admin
  • Go to Plugins > Add New
  • Search for "Smart Forms"
  • Click Install and then Activate

    • Step 2: Create Your First Form

  • Go to Smart Forms > Add New
  • Choose a template (Quote Request, Contact, or Estimate)
  • Customize the fields to match your business
  • Save and copy the shortcode

    • Step 3: Add to Your Website

    Paste the shortcode on any page where you want the form to appear. That's it!

    Tips for Better Lead Capture

  • Keep forms short (5-7 fields max)
  • Always include a phone number field
  • Use clear, action-oriented button text
  • Add the form above the fold on key pages
